It was the fifth straight time in which ECU captured the award in the Equality Division for institutions with enrollment for 3,001-7,000. ECU’s winning percentage was 10.5, which outdistanced second-place Northeastern State, which registered a 4.1. Twenty-one members of the Oklahoma Campus Compact participated by registering 3,117 in-state and 127 out-of-state students for a total of 3,244 students.
