Get a feel of what it’s like to be a Tiger and a student at East Central University as ECU hosts Tiger Transfer Showcase on Wednesday, April 17.

Transfer students are welcome to learn everything they need to know about transferring to ECU as they will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from academic departments and organizational booths, along with learning about financial aid, housing and scholarships.

Future Tigers will also get a free lunch, tour campus and receive a free t-shirt as they see what incredible opportunities and endless possibilities that ECU has to offer.

Check-in begins at 10 a.m. and a welcome event will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. in the Estep Multimedia Room of the Bill S. Cole University Center. That will be followed by campus tours from 10:45 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

A complimentary lunch will take place from 11:30 a.m.-noon in the Taff Cafeteria in the Memorial Student Union Building. From Noon to 1:30 p.m., transfer students can browse department booths while learning about campus clubs, organizations and support services in the North Lounge of the Memorial Student Union.

At 2 p.m., transfer students can attend a Mindfulness Workshop with Student Support Services, an optional event in Room 250 of the Administration Building.
